Post & Packaging

Postage:  We offer a mail order service to all areas in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. All orders are sent by first class letter/packet post. Orders sent to destinations in the above areas have a table rate postage cost which is charged as follows: 1-100=£1.95; 101-200=£2.95; 201-300=£3.95. Please contact first before ordering over 300 inserts.
Packaging:  All inserts are sent flat ready for folding. For smaller orders we use A4 board backed envelopes.  Where your order exceeds the envelope limit your order may arrive in a variety of packaging as we reuse as much packaging, boxes, etc as possible in order to help the environment. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please let us know via email so that we can sort out the problem.
Shipping: Our aim is to send most orders next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Where your order includes inserts made to order, please allow a few more days. Orders received after 5 p.m. on a working day or on a weekend/bank holiday are deemed to have been received the following working day. Where delivery is likely to be delayed for more than 7 days we will e-mail or call you, to confirm an anticipated delivery date.
